Welcome to my blog.
My current work at a digital media company includes responsibility for the customer facing services and products strategies. As Chief Technology Officer I have increased the customer base by an order of magnitude through product innovation, process automation and execution refinement while maintaining high service up-time in an Agile development environment.
At MediaNet I created the product strategies and orchestrated the implementation resulting in lowering barriers to entry and immediate product launches. Led the efforts for our cloud based software as a service (SaaS) platform including the technical product road-map, engineering, IT operations and content catalog (music, ebooks and movies).
I have a passion for optimizing technology organizations to align them with business goals. Like most technology leaders I love reviewing new applications, consumer electronic hardware and leading the development of cool software and services that customer love.
